Opening an academy is a great idea

I also have that in mind; I thought it would be great idea after I own a side business to help fund the little things necessary to run the academy and also be able to hire at least 3 coaches to help assist in coaching the kids. Starting with grouping the players into their level of experience from beginners’ level, intermediate, advance and professional levels.

I have got at least 2 courts to run the academy in but I just need to have a business started and earn some profits monthly and help pay the coaches fairly. This would be a great achievement for me helping this young generation obsessed with basketball and many of them already got the height, they just need somebody to influence, encourage, motivate and mentor them as well.

But we lack the tools to support them and motivate them to keep them coming for the ball in their hands.

Coaches try here in South Sudan 🇸🇸 but they also get discouraged cause they need support so they can continue with their work, giving the players what they deserve from playing the game of basketball.

For that reason, I must own a business and have the plan done.

I want to support these young athletes just like Luol Deng has been helping them.

Through his support, many have traveled abroad for studies, earned contracts and changed their own lives and their families.
